My name is Thomas Sølbeck Schmidt. I started in 1990 to work with cooling and freezing products. I have 21 years experience in development of Cooling technology and controls. That’s why I am ready to serve you and your company with all my knowledge about cooling and controllers.

If you have any problems or questions, and you have studied the manual for the unit, don’t hesitate to contact me, and I will revert to you, as soon as possible. In case of contact to the service department, please have the model name and serial number written down. This will help me and you very much.

I am also providing Service Training to our dealers and their Service associates. Please contact me for details and available dates.

If any spare parts are required, I will try to have a day to day delivery service for spare parts, but special parts can take longer be course of special production time. We also guarantee that all parts for our products will be available for a period of at least 10 years from purchase date.
