Cookies
The website uses "cookies" that are small text files that a website stores in your browser on your computer, mobile or tablet. These "cookies" are used to facilitate the use of the site, by remembering settings, passwords, etc. Cookies cannot contain malicious code such as viruses, or cookies can be deleted or blocked in your browser settings. If you delete or block cookies then the page will no longer remember your code and desired settings. The website also contains cookies from Google Analytics. We use these to collect information about how (how often and for how long) visitors use our website. We can then customize the website more specifically to the visitors. All the data is collected anonymously and is not used for any purpose other than to improve the website. The website contains links and buttons that refer to third party websites. This can e.g. LinkedIn. When you click on such links or buttons, you leave our site and then these third parties will be responsible for the information collected through cookies.

Personal information
Personal information is any kind of information that can be attributed to you to some extent. When you use our website we collect and process a number of such information. This happens, for example by normal access to content if you sign up for our newsletter or register as a user on our service page.
We typically collect and process the following types of information: technical information about your computer, tablet or mobile phone, your IP number, geographic location, and which pages you click on. To the extent that you personally give explicit consent to it and enter the information yourself, it also deals with: name, company, telephone number, e-mail, address, industry and CVR number, etc. It will typically be in connection with the creation of login or subscription to newsletter .
We only store the personal data necessary to fulfill our obligations to you.

Security
We have taken technical and organizational measures to prevent your information from being accidentally or illegally deleted, disclosed, lost, impaired or misunderstood, misused or otherwise treated in violation of law. In addition, we use the information to optimize our services and content.

 

Storage period
The information is stored for the time allowed by law and we delete them when they are no longer required. The period depends on the nature of the information and the background for storage. It is therefore not possible to specify a general time frame for when information is deleted. Information regarding orders will, however, adhere to the Accounting Act and therefore be kept for 5 years + current financial year after completion of trading.

Privacy policy in connection with  recruitment
Upon receipt of the application and supporting documents, the submitted material is read by the relevant manager for the purpose of being able to answer and evaluate the content in relation to a defined job.
Application and supporting documents will be shared internally with relevant persons in the recruitment process and will not be passed on to others outside of the company. Applications and documents are saved until the right candidate is found and the recruitment process is completed. Subsequently, the application and supporting documents will be deleted. In case of unsolicited applications, applications and documents are saved in agreement with the candidate, where consent is obtained.

Consent
Your newsletter consent is voluntary and you can withdraw it at any time by contacting us. Please use the contact information above for more information. 

Disclosure of Information
Data on your use of the website, such as geographical location, gender and age segment, etc. is disclosed to Google Analytics to the extent that this information is known. You can see more in the section on "Cookies" above. We also use a number of third parties for the storage and processing of data including, among others Mentor-IT & CRM microsoft. These only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. In connection with a purchase, personal data in the form of company, address and possibly contact person and telephone number will be passed on to our carrier and inserted into our CRM system. The contact person and/or telephone number will only be passed on to the carrier to the extent that we are requested to do so. Transmission of personal data such as name and e-mail etc. will only happen if you consent to it. We only use data processors in the EU that can provide your information with adequate protection.

Insight and complaints
You have the right to know what personal information we are processing about you. You can also object to information being used at any time. You may also revoke your consent to the processing of your information. If the information processed about you is incorrect, you have the right to be corrected or deleted.
